A gym for your mind

HR teams asked for something to send everyone. So we made a two-minute film about Yuna, the AI coach that's free through work and private from your employer.

Coworkers in hi-vis vests and office clothes gather in a plant-filled break room, coffee in hand, watching the Yuna film on a wall screen

Some weeks are just… a lot. That’s the first line of our new film, spoken over a nurse slumped in her car in a parking garage at night.

Yuna is an AI coach you can talk to any time, day or night. If your employer offers it, it’s already yours: unlimited, free to you, and private from them. The film makes that case in 1:58. Press play.

Some weeks are just... a lot. Replaying the meeting. The inbox at midnight. The thing you should have said.

But here's the thing. You train your body. So why not your mind? Meet Yuna, a gym for your mind.

And it's already yours. Free through your employer, and totally private from them. They never see who signs up, or anything you say.

On your commute. After a rough meeting. At two in the morning. Just talk it out. Yuna listens, asks the right questions, and helps you untangle what's really going on, so you leave with one clear next step.

No wait list. No judgment. No small talk.

Need a reset? Yuna builds a meditation around exactly how you feel, in seconds.

Gratitude. Goals. Small reps, every day. And over time, Yuna reflects your breakthroughs back to you, so you can see how far you've come. And it works.

In a published study of more than five thousand people, stress and mood improved within a single session.

When you want a human, Yuna helps you find a licensed therapist who fits you.

Private. Unlimited. Free to you. Sign up through your employer, or visit yunahealth.com. Yuna. A gym for your mind.

Have Yuna through work? Start in three steps.
  1. Download Yuna

It's on the App Store and Google Play.

  2. Tap “Sign up through my employer”

It's the button on the welcome screen.

  3. Enter your work email or access code

Use your work email, or the code your employer shared.

Free to you. Unlimited. Available 24/7.

Private from your employer. In the app’s own words: “Your organization pays for your access, but they won’t see who claims an account or anything you discuss with Yuna.” And you don’t need to be in crisis to use it. That’s the whole point of a gym.

Is there a video?

We keep a running record of what customers ask us for, in their own words. One request kept coming back this year: help us actually reach our people. With it came the same question, again and again. Is there a video we can send everyone? We’d never had one I thought would do the job.

Sometimes the person doing the rollout is an HR team of one, with a couple thousand employees, an email list and an intranet page. Brokers asked for something they could forward. One customer was about to film their own video for their benefits site. Business owners asked whether we had anything that shows how it works.

We saw what works the day Paolo, who leads enterprise partnerships at Yuna, set up a table at a fire department and walked the crew through downloading the app, one phone at a time. Back at the office, we watched five-star ratings roll in, one after another, while he was still there.

Show people it’s easy, and that it’s theirs, and they’ll try it. But we can’t be at every firehouse, warehouse and break room. So we made two minutes that can.

The idea came from our members

When members choose to send us feedback from the app, our whole team reads it, me included. When we sat down to write the script, we went back through it, and through our calls with members, to hear how people describe Yuna in their own words.

The same things kept coming up. People talk to Yuna at hours when no one else is awake. They feel heard without feeling judged. They show up with something huge and tangled and leave with one or two small first steps. They like looking back at where they were two weeks ago.

8:14 AM · On the commute

A delivery driver sitting in his parked van at dawn, earbuds in, eyes closed, taking one slow breath

5:30 AM · Before the first stop

Portrayals.

Put that together and it sounds less like a crisis line and more like a gym. You show up, do a little work, and come back tomorrow. That became the film.

You train your body. So why not your mind?

Two minutes, night to day

The film opens in the dark. The nurse in the parking garage, a shift lead replaying a meeting, an inbox that won’t stop at midnight, a driver in the rain. Then the music drops and the screen turns to sunrise on four words: “But here’s the thing.”

From there it moves fast.

  • It’s already yours, free through your employer and private from them.
  • Talk it out with your AI coach on your commute, after a rough shift, or at 2 a.m. (whenever your 2 a.m. is). It listens, asks the right questions, and helps you leave with one clear next step.
  • No wait list. No judgment. No small talk.
  • A meditation built around how you feel, in seconds.
  • Small reps every day, with your breakthroughs reflected back to you.
  • A study of more than 5,000 people, published in JMIR mHealth and uHealth in 2026, found that stress and mood improved within a single Yuna session.
  • And when you want a human, help finding a licensed therapist who fits you.

My favorite moment comes at the one-minute mark. The nurse from the opening shot is back. Same car, same seat, morning sun this time, breathing along to “…and out.”

The rules we gave ourselves

If it isn’t in the app today, it isn’t in the film. We kept a ledger of every claim on screen and checked each one against what ships. A few things we love didn’t make the cut because they aren’t live yet. The study line says what the published paper found, and nothing more.

Say “private” plainly. It’s one of the first things employees ask about, so the film answers it in the first 30 seconds. They never see who signs up, or anything you say.

Sound like a friend. Our first narration was calm and hushed, like every wellness ad you’ve ever skipped. It sounded like a waiting room. We started over with a voice that sounds like a friend who’s excited for you.

Cast the people we made it for. Nurses, drivers and shift leads, people whose day doesn’t happen at a desk.

Make it work with the sound off. There’s a second cut, music only, with every line on screen, for break rooms, lobbies and the TV by the time clock.

For HR and benefits teams

The film runs 1:58 in 16:9, in two cuts: narrated, and music-only with every line on screen. A few places it works:

  • At the top of your launch email, with the three steps right under it.
  • At the start of an all-hands or a shift huddle. Show it to everyone at once, so no one is singled out.
  • On a loop on break-room screens and lobby TVs (use the music-only cut).
  • Pinned in Slack or Teams, and in new-hire onboarding.
  • And again later, in the week of World Mental Health Day (October 10), at open enrollment, in your busy season, or after a hard week.

Your Yuna team can send you both cuts and our launch kit, with ready-to-send emails, posters and QR codes.

Press play

Two minutes. If your employer offers Yuna, it’s already yours. If you run HR, it’s yours to share.
