Some members access Yuna through their employer—but privacy is never compromised. Conversations are fully private, and employers can’t view them.
Enterprise dashboards only display aggregated, de-identified usage metrics. No conversational data is ever shared with HR, managers, or employers. Privacy protections are exactly the same for enterprise members as they are for individuals.

No. Yuna conversations are encrypted end-to-end. Our team does not have access, and our systems are designed without tools that would allow staff to read user sessions.
You have full control. You can request deletion at any time, and your data is permanently removed across our systems. You may also request an export of your records before deletion.
Never. Our business model is subscription-based, not advertising. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal information.
No. Employers only receive aggregated, de-identified insights at the population level (such as usage percentages). They cannot access individual conversations, records, or personal details.
