If you don’t train on user conversations, how do you make Yuna better?

Can Yuna staff read my conversations?

No. Yuna conversations are encrypted end-to-end. Our team does not have access, and our systems are designed without tools that would allow staff to read user sessions.

What happens if I want to delete my data?

You have full control. You can request deletion at any time, and your data is permanently removed across our systems. You may also request an export of your records before deletion.

Does Yuna ever sell or share my data?

Never. Our business model is subscription-based, not advertising. We do not sell, share, or transfer personal information.

My Yuna account is provided by my employer. Can my employer see my conversations?

No. Employers only receive aggregated, de-identified insights at the population level (such as usage percentages). They cannot access individual conversations, records, or personal details.

How do you ensure Yuna stays secure over time?

Our privacy program includes independent SOC 2 Type II audits, HIPAA compliance reviews, annual penetration testing, and continuous monitoring. We also train every employee on HIPAA and SOC 2 protocols.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Yuna has a documented incident response process, including immediate containment, remediation, and notification procedures. Our systems are designed to respond quickly while preserving your protection.
