For Delivery Service Partners

Steadier drivers. Stronger scorecards.

Private, 24/7 well-being coaching that fits a route, available through Amazon's DSP Value Added Services program, and priced so the scorecard pays for it.

Amazon is investing in its drivers. The mental load is next.

Amazon has put $16.7 billion into the Delivery Service Partner program since 2018. The last two rounds raised driver pay toward $23 an hour, added earned-wage access, and rebuilt routing and safety tooling around the driver.

What that investment cannot reach is the part of the job that rides along in the cab: the anxiety before a hard route, the self-doubt after a bad week, the family stress that does not clock out. That is what shows up as no-shows, turnover, and a scorecard that will not hold. It is also what Yuna is for.

What is Fantastic Plus worth to your DSP?

Three questions. Then a monthly number, net of what Yuna costs.

  1. Step 1
  2. Step 2
  3. Step 3

Question 1 of 3

Drivers plus dispatch you would put on Yuna

Adjust assumptions

Everything above updates from here. Uplift is the extra scorecard income per package a fleet earns at Fantastic Plus versus where it is today. Pay and bonus figures are illustrative placeholders, not a rate card. Enter your own.

Why DSPs add Yuna

Built for the job, not the office.

  • Support that fits a route

Voice or chat, in under two seconds, at 5am or on a break. No appointment, no intake form, no waiting room.

  • Private by default

Drivers talk to Yuna, never to the boss. Owners see aggregate trends only, never individual conversations.

  • Built for the mental load

Anxiety, relationships, and personal growth top what drivers bring to Yuna. Work stress is fourth. It coaches them through all of it with proven techniques.

  • A safety net, not a dead end

Risk language triggers a de-escalation response and routes to licensed therapists, the 988 Lifeline, and emergency services.

  • Unlimited for the whole fleet

Every driver and dispatcher, as often as they need it. No session caps, no per-use fees.

  • Available through Amazon's DSP Value Added Services program

Yuna is listed in the DSP Value Added Services directory. Add it from there, and drivers activate with a code in the app.

What drivers told us

The mental load does not clock out.

  • 14%

lower reported stress after talking to Yuna, across a full year at Amazon DSPs.

  • 4 in 5

conversations are about life outside the route: anxiety, relationships, family, money.

  • 6am

is one of the busiest hours. Drivers use Yuna before load-out, on breaks, and after midnight.

Aggregate, de-identified dashboard data from Yuna's DSP customers, last 365 days as of September 2026. Yuna never reports individual conversations.

Questions, answered

What DSP owners ask us most.

How do drivers get access?

Add Yuna through the DSP Value Added Services directory, or book a demo and we set your DSP up directly. Drivers download the Yuna app and activate with your DSP's code. Dispatch and office staff can be included too.

Will I see what my drivers talk about?

No. Every conversation is private and encrypted, and your DSP never sees transcripts or individual-level data. What you get is aggregated, de-identified well-being trend data across the fleet, meant for visibility into overall engagement, not individual employment decisions.

Is this therapy?

No. Yuna is an AI well-being coach, not a replacement for therapy. It coaches people through proven techniques in the moment, and connects them to licensed therapists, the 988 Lifeline, and emergency services when a conversation needs more than coaching can offer.

Our drivers ignore the benefits we already offer. Why would they use this?

Because it fits the job. There is nothing to schedule, nothing to fill out, and no one at the DSP finds out. At the DSP where we have the most data, usage spiked at launch and a core group of drivers kept coming back ten or more times a month. A short reminder from dispatch re-engages the rest.

How is the estimate calculated?

It multiplies your fleet's monthly packages by an assumed extra scorecard income per package at Fantastic Plus, then subtracts what Yuna costs. Every assumption is editable on the page, and the result is an estimate, not a promise of a tier.
