Benefit navigation

A front door to everything you already offer.

48% of employees don't know their company offers an EAP. Yuna is the app they already have open, and it routes them to the right benefit from there.

You bought the benefits. They can't find them.

48% of employees don't know their company offers an EAP. The benefits exist, the money is spent, and the person who needs them is reading a PDF at 11pm trying to work out which one applies to them.

Yuna is the thing they already have open. They describe what is going on in their own words, and Yuna coaches them through the moment — then points them at the right benefit when the moment needs more than coaching.

What it does

One place to start, the right place to land.

  • Plain language in, right benefit out

No one has to know the name of the program they need. They say what is actually going on, and Yuna takes it from there — by voice or chat, in under two seconds.

  • Escalation to licensed care

When a need goes past coaching, Yuna routes to a professional matched to the situation, with outcome data, who takes their insurance.

  • Crisis routing, immediately

Risk language triggers a de-escalation response and surfaces the 988 Lifeline and emergency services in the conversation itself.

  • One place instead of four

Meditations, affirmations, skills lessons and goal setting are built in, so the wellness apps you were about to buy separately are already there.

  • Enrollment that isn't a scavenger hunt

A custom site your employees download from, so finding the benefit is one link rather than a search of the intranet.

  • Routing stays private

Every conversation is encrypted and never shared with the employer. Your organization sees how many employees enrolled and aggregated, de-identified well-being trends — never who asked about what.

How it works

Three steps to the right help.

  1. Open Yuna and say what's going on

No intake form, no benefits glossary, no explaining yourself to a stranger first.

  2. Get help in the moment

Yuna coaches through the thing that is actually happening — reframing an anxious thought, grounding through frustration, setting a boundary.

  3. Get pointed when you need a person

If the moment needs a clinician or a crisis line, Yuna routes there directly instead of handing back a phone number and hoping.

“Yuna is an amazing intermediary — it fills the gap for things we've been looking at for overall practice of wellness. We were going to buy the Calm app and now we don't need to. Yuna is a one-stop shop.”

Questions, answered

What HR and benefits leaders ask us most about navigation and routing.

How does Yuna know which benefit to point someone at?

Yuna reads what the person actually brought to the conversation — tone, context and emotional state — and coaches them through it first. When the need goes past coaching, it routes: a licensed professional matched to their situation who takes their insurance, or the 988 Lifeline and emergency services when the conversation signals risk.

Does this replace our EAP or sit alongside it?

Either. Yuna fills the gap for the people an EAP never reaches — the person who exhausted their sessions, the person already in therapy who needs support between appointments, the night-shift worker at 3am, and the skeptic who would never call a hotline. Where an employer wants to consolidate, the Digital Assistance Program replaces a traditional EAP outright.

Will employees actually use it?

Users log in an average of 6+ times a month, and 45% log in 5 or more times. We surveyed our B2C consumers and 75% of respondents said they wish their employer offered Yuna as a benefit.

Will employees' conversations stay private?

Yes. Every conversation is private and encrypted, and your organization never sees transcripts or individual-level data. What you get instead is aggregated, de-identified well-being trend data across the workforce, meant for visibility into overall engagement, not individual employment decisions.
